Escola no Restelo
Description
Belonging to the club Os Belenenses, the plot is located north of Estádio do Restelo, in Belém.
The campus comprises a school building, complemented by a sports building and swimming pools for shared use between Os Beleneses and the School, with exclusive and independent access provided for each.
The location of the school building and its respective sports spaces, thus appear on the northern border of the Os Belenenses sports venue, delimited to the south by the Stadium, to the East by Av. from Madeira Island, to the west by an adjoining lot and to the north by Rua Rui Pereira.
The built environment is marked by a sparsely populated and highly structured occupation, characteristic of the urban fabric of the Restelo neighbourhood, where, by contrast, the occasional presence of some larger-scale equipment stands out in the north and east. Due to its location at a high, unique and privileged level, the plot in question takes advantage of unobstructed views over its southern slope and over the Tagus River.
