Student Residence at Rua Maria da Fonte
Description
The worldwide known “light” of Lisbon was the core of the project development, originating a light and elegant building, open to the city, with wide common spaces that, in strategical points of the building, promote a partnership spirit in both students and a wider public.
Thus, from the multipurpose pavilion, gym, patio and garden, cafeteria, lounge and dining area – on the ground floor-, a working area, auditorium and multimedia room – on the first floor -, a pool, bar, esplanade and terrace – on the 5th floor -, to the rooftop bar and lounge, they all present themselves as fluid and easily connected spaces, assuring relationships of proximity and experience throughout the building.
